Where is my order?

Standard UK delivery time is  3-5 working delivery time (unless you have selected a nominated delivery service). Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email which contains your tracking number. You can also track your order here.

However, be aware that pre-orders or custom orders can take up to 30 days, this is stated on the particular product/item.

What should I do if I have problems placing my order?

Where’s my confirmation/dispatched email?

If you successfully placed an order and did not receive a confirmation email, please ensure the email entered is correct. Please contact us.

How do I change my address or email?

If you placed an order and inputted the incorrect shipping address, Please contact us as soon as possible as this may still be changed if the order has not been sent.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards. (Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and Maestro.)

When will my account be charged for my order?

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.

How do I care for my product?

Wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Do not use bleach. Hang to dry and if needed, iron inside out at low temperature.

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Please note we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Returns/Exchange policy

Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.

Delivery prices

Orders are subject to 1-2  days processing time. After which the following delivery timeframes apply. Please note: Items are posted Monday – Thursday. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays.

UK

Standard Signed Delivery (3-5 days): 2.99
All UK orders are shipped with Hermes and UK Mail and are fully trackable. Please note Hermes shipping will not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from amarisafrique.co.uk you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
